QuotaPartner SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the QuotaPartner Messaging Program operated by OmniVentis Systems (“OmniVentis,” “QuotaPartner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from QuotaPartner, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Name and Operator

The QuotaPartner Messaging Program is a first-party messaging program operated solely by OmniVentis Systems.

The program is not used for affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, purchased contact lists, or marketing unrelated third-party products or services. Consent provided to OmniVentis Systems or QuotaPartner is not transferable to another business, affiliate, campaign, or third party.

2. Program Description

QuotaPartner sends consent-based SMS and MMS communications related to the recipient’s direct relationship or interaction with OmniVentis Systems and the QuotaPartner platform.

Messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Appointment rescheduling and cancellation notices

Scheduling and workforce notifications

Account and service notifications

Security and operational alerts

Requested product or service information

Customer-support conversations and updates

Updates concerning submitted requests

Other communications specifically requested or authorized by the recipient

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. How to Opt In

Recipients may opt in through an authorized OmniVentis Systems or QuotaPartner web form by:

Providing a valid mobile telephone number;

Affirmatively selecting a separate SMS-consent checkbox that is not preselected; and

Submitting the applicable form.

Where supported, recipients may also opt in or resubscribe by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to the QuotaPartner messaging number.

By opting in, you confirm that:

You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided;

You are authorized to consent to communications at that number;

The information you submitted is accurate; and

You voluntarily agree to receive messages for the purposes disclosed at the point of consent.

SMS consent applies only to the specific QuotaPartner messaging program and purposes disclosed when consent is collected.

Consent cannot be transferred or interpreted as permission for another company, affiliate, campaign, or unrelated service to send messages.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments, schedules, account activity, service requests, support interactions, and other actions you initiate or authorize.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges are your responsibility. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

Carrier-supported opt-out keywords may also include:

QUIT

REVOKE

UNSUBSCRIBE

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS or MMS messages will be sent through the QuotaPartner Messaging Program unless you subsequently provide new consent or resubscribe.

Opting out of the QuotaPartner Messaging Program stops text messages from this registered program. It does not prevent OmniVentis Systems from providing lawful notices through non-SMS channels, such as email or in-app notifications.

8. Privacy

Your participation in the QuotaPartner Messaging Program is governed by the OmniVentis Systems Privacy Policy:

OmniVentis Systems does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be provided to service providers and subcontractors only when necessary to operate, deliver, secure, and support the messaging program. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Message Delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier, mobile device, network availability, carrier filtering, and other circumstances outside the control of OmniVentis Systems.

Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Not all wireless carriers, mobile devices, or service plans support every message or feature.

10. Supported Carriers

The QuotaPartner Messaging Program is intended to work with supported United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation and functionality may change without notice.

OmniVentis Systems is not responsible for limitations imposed by a wireless carrier or mobile service provider.

11. Number Reassignment

You agree to notify OmniVentis Systems or opt out before discontinuing, transferring, or reassigning a mobile number enrolled in the program.

If we learn that a number has been reassigned, we may remove it from the messaging program to protect the new subscriber.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the messaging program to:

Violate any law or regulation;

Impersonate another person;

Provide a telephone number you are not authorized to use;

Interfere with or disrupt the messaging service;

Submit fraudulent or misleading information; or

Attempt to access another person’s account or messages.

13. Suspension or Termination

OmniVentis Systems may suspend or terminate access to the messaging program when reasonably necessary to:

Comply with applicable law or carrier requirements;

Protect users or the platform;

Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use;

Address a security concern; or

Discontinue or materially modify the messaging service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, carrier, operational, security, or service changes.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the QuotaPartner platform or another appropriate channel.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
